Manage Customer Feedback

Now that you've got lots of customer feedback, managing it is easy using the RatePoint Business Center, our simple web console and dashboard.  Simply log into your account to see if there are reviews that need to be approved or disputes that need to be resolved, search and sort reviews by date and rating, and choose which positive reviews to display.  You can choose to be notified via e-mail when you get new reviews, or push them out automatically in real-time.

In the event of a negative review (a 1- or 2-star review) -- the RatePoint Dispute Resolution Service kicks in and you'll have the opportunity to respond privately to that customer and try to resolve the issue before the review is posted.
