Wrestling with Rub-ons?

Rub-ons can add a polished look to your projects and they go just about anywhere.

Here are some tips for making the most of your rubons.

Leaving the wax paper backing sheet intact, trim the one rubon you want to use from a sheet to avoid rubbing off parts of images you don’t want.

You can do the same for alphabet rubons.

Got a rub-on somewhere you don’t want it?

Place a piece of scotch tape on top, rub on, peel off the rubon. Repeat until the image is gone.

To store cut up sheets of rubons, tape the rubon sheet to the wax paper backing sheet so they stay together. Place sheets of rubons in a file folder and secure with a binder clip or paper clip. Store upright.
