Barack Obama was supposed to leave for Asia this Sunday, but he has just postponed his entire trip to twist more arms!
Just today, Members of Congress received the "approved" Congressional Budget Office score. Radical Speaker of the House "Queen Nancy" Pelosi said last week that she was going to give Members 72 hours to look at the bill (after the CBO report surfaced) before a vote! This means a vote will be taken as early as SUNDAY!
If you've ever cared about the future of this nation . . . if you've ever cared about making sure that our country does not turn to socialism . . . if you've ever cared about not leaving a mountain of tax debt for your children or grandchildren to pay---NOW IS THE TIME to use all your energies and resources to DEFEAT OBAMACARE! Tomorrow really will be too late!
Regardless of what you see on television or read about how OBAMACARE will not pass, we must not give up. The left wants to lull you into a sense of complacency, so that you'll stop battling this "worst bill ever." We must FIGHT to the bitter end to OPPOSE OBAMACARE! Some suggest "calling off the dogs" and to just pray and relax---"what will be, will be." Pray-yes! Relax---not on your life---until OBAMACARE is defeated!! Yes, it is now or never. There are, literally, only a few moments left before a decision and vote is made.
However, the left may try an "end run" around the legislative process. Nancy Pelosi, with Mr. Obama's blessing, is willing to pass OBAMACARE without a vote! Yes---without taking any additional votes! House Rules Committee Chairwoman Louise Slaughter plans for the Rules Committee to meet Friday on the health care bill. Called the "Slaughter House Rule," Nancy Pelosi would simply "deem" that the House of Representatives has passed the Senate version of OBAMACARE without allowing anyone to vote on it!!
Even though both parties have used this "deem" strategy, many feel it is totally unconstitutional. Article 1, Section 7 of the United States Constitution reads, "Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it becomes a law, be presented to the President of the United States…in all such cases the votes of both Houses shall be determined by Yeas and Nays, and the Name of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively." The bottom line from our Founding Fathers: Make Members of Congress accountable to the people!
Of course this is not happening. The majority's will is not being heard!
Several organizations and legislators are expected to bring legal challenges to this "self-enacting rule."
Senator John McCain stated, "I believe it's unconstitutional, and I think there are a couple of precedents. There were a couple of Supreme Court decisions that clearly indicated that bills have to be passed by both Houses of Congress, which doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to figure out for most of the colleagues, so I think there is a real constitutional challenge there."
AT THIS VERY MOMENT, there is absolutely unbelievable amount of arm-twisting going on with undecided Members of Congress. It is brutal. Congress has not seen this much man-handling for decades! Mr. Obama delayed an Asian trip so he could personally wrestle enough votes from the undecided!
Left-wing Democratic donors are letting wavering Democratic incumbents know that their wallets will slam shut with a "no" vote. Many big unions are forking over millions of dollars to run ads in battleground districts. Mr. Obama is personally courting undecided Members of Congress. It is ruthless!
America is on the brink of disaster. The will of the majority of the electorate does not matter to Mr. Obama, to Mr. Reid, or to Ms. Pelosi! It is horrible what is happening behind closed doors in the halls of Congressional offices.
Propaganda moles, disinformation, planted "key operatives", conflicting rumors, and decision-maker insider leaks---it all is going on right now to play in this political melodrama. But, it's at the cost of the future of you and me. And it's not fair.
Meanwhile, Mr. Obama's approval rating continues to take a nosedive. For the first time, GALLUP poll has his approval rating at 46 percent, with 47 percent who disapprove. FOX News reports, "The deteriorating approval rating comes as the president struggles to push his increasingly unpopular health care plan across the finish line with a controversial maneuver that would avoid a GOP filibuster by allowing Congress to pass and adjust the Senate's bill with a simple majority. The plunging rating threatens to weaken the president's influence beyond the health care debate to pass a largely ambitious agenda that includes immigration overhaul, climate change legislation and education reform."
People, in the know, claim that Mr. Obama is in jeopardy; both politically and personally. His credibility is on the line. He has referred to healthcare reform as "his legacy". Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), an opponent of this disastrous bill, clearly states, "Unlike any other vote I have seen for a very long time, this one will define you; this becomes part of your legacy. You'll be explaining this vote for a very, very long time – long after President Obama has been marginalized."
So, this is really not about healthcare reform---it's about a BATTLE to help preserve Barack Hussein Obama. Even liberal Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA) admitted, "There are serious implications of losing on President Obama's ability to be effective for the rest of his three years in office." To me, and I know to you---that is "music" to my ears!! Frankly, I wish it was 2012 right now, so we could rid our lives of Mr. Obama, who has been taking us, step-by-step, month-by-month, towards a socialist nation! I pray that healthcare is Mr. Obama's "Waterloo"!!
Let's do a quick "REALITY CHECK" of this Senate version that the Democratic leadership is trying to ram through our system. Just how dreadful is this Senate version? Here is what will happen if Mr. Obama signs this Senate version into law:
The CBO just reported that the bill will cost $940 billion over the next ten years. That's more expensive than the healthcare measures passed by both the House and the Senate late last year.
NOW the stage is set for the next 72 hours to end this long American nightmare. Please, help permanently end OBAMACARE through your fax and your donation right away.

P. S. Just like you, I am incensed by this trickery of Nancy Pelosi, with the total backing of Barack Hussein Obama. Rush Limbaugh declared, "This is the overthrow of the U. S. constitutional system!" Legislative parliamentary procedures that are outrageous should put any Member of Congress on notice! Please help us to do exactly that! The time is almost gone!
