Summer is here and CHOA's event calendar is jam packed with many cool events and adventures. As temperatures rise there is no place better to be then a lake or a  river. Consider the current economy condition and high unemployement. Most of CHOA's events are either free or at minimal cost. If you want to stay active, get outside and keep your spirit up, come out and join the fun.

Water sport events in June to keep you cool from the summer heat:

The Spider Lily Eco-Tour travels along Landsford Canal and allows participants to see and experience the magnificence of the endangered Rocky Shoals Spider Lilies that make their home in the middle of the Catawa River. The rare flowers enter peak blooming period for only one month (mid-May to mid-June). So don`t miss this wonderful experience. CHOA will provide kayak and all equipment.
