Membership Guide
RatePoint requires all program members to adhere to the following requirements in order to enroll and maintain membership in the program:
- Provide accurate information about member on member's application/enrollment form and keep such information up to date.
- Pay the applicable annual membership fee in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to consumer complaints.
- Make a good faith effort to resolve consumer/user complaints made against the member/merchant through the RatePoint online dispute resolution process and abide by the rules of the posted process at www.ratepoint.com
- Agree to the Terms of Service at http://www.ratepoint.com/terms when accessing the RatePoint website.
- Agree that the member seal provided with membership may be modified and/or removed by RatePoint based on unresolved negative consumer/user feedback; or failure to renew membership or pay annual membership dues.
- Agree that membership may be suspended or terminated by RatePoint based on member's unsatisfactory record of handling consumer complaints.
