Neal Creighton - co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Neal has more than a decade of experience in information security, identity verification, web authentication and certification markets. Formerly, as Co-founder, President and CEO of GeoTrust, Neal was responsible for providing the leadership, strategic direction and management for the company. Neal spearheaded GeoTrust's relaunch in 2001 when it acquired Equifax's security business, and strategically repositioned the company and its subsequent rapid growth. Neal led the efforts to raise $24 million in venture financing and sold GeoTrust to VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) for $125 million in September 2006.

Neal also led the spin-off of ChosenSecurity from GeoTrust as part of the VeriSign merger agreement. Currently, Neal serves on the Board of Directors of ChosenSecurity and is the CEO of RatePoint, Inc. He is a noted expert in the identity verification / information security field and has been invited to speak at industry conferences to provide input to industry-related articles and reports. Neal considers graduating from U.S. Army Ranger School in 1990 his most meaningful professional experience. Neal received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy West Point, and holds an MBA and Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.

Christopher Bailey - co-founder and EVP of Business Development

Prior to founding RatePoint, Chris was formerly a co-founder and chief technology officer of GeoTrust. At GeoTrust, Chris was responsible for the company's technology vision and product development activities with strategic partners, evaluating security technologies and market opportunities, and also managing the Company's advanced technology engineering group. Chris co-founded the company after acquiring technology from Equifax Secure, where Chris was AVP of digital certificate services. While at Equifax, he helped set the company's strategic direction and manage Equifax Secure's digital certificate services

Chris holds an M.B.A. in marketing and strategy from Emory University and a B.S. in finance and economics from the University of South Carolina.

Richard Turcott - Chief Marketing Officer

Richard has more than 19 years experience in leadership marketing roles focused on the small to mid-size business and enterprise marketplace.  He leads RatePoint's entire marketing organization, including product marketing, corporate and channel marketing and market development groups.

Prior to RatePoint, Richard was chief marketing officer for RedRoller, which provides Web-based shipping selection services for small business and home office communities.  During his tenure, he was responsible for the company's overall marketing, branding and customer acquisition strategy.

Previously, Richard was chief marketing officer at Constant Contact, the world's leading email marketing for small business. At Constant Contact, Richard created and led the marketing strategy, programs and team that ignited the company's growth from 25,000 to 90,000 small business customers in less than two years.

Richard has also held vice president of marketing positions at M|C Communications, and Genesys Conferencing where he spearheaded marketing communications during the company's global merger; and Lycos, at the time one of the most visited sites on the Internet.

He holds a bachelor of arts from Assumption College and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.  

Mike Rowan - co-founder and CTO

Prior to founding RatePoint, Mike was formerly the Director of the Advanced Technology and Engineering group at GeoTrust. At GeoTrust, Mike was a key member of the CTO group working on the company's technology vision and product development activities with strategic partners, evaluating security technologies and market opportunities. Prior to GeoTrust, Mike was the co-founder and CTO of mPKI, a managed services firm focused on outsourced public key infrastructure (PKI) services. While at mPKI, he designed and architected a CA agnostic distribution and managed services platform for digital credentials.

Kefeng Chen - co-founder and VP of R&D

With more than 20 years Internet application development experiences, Kefeng was formerly a co-founder and a member of Advanced Technology and Engineering group at GeoTrust. Prior to GeoTrust, Kefeng was a Senior Member of Technical Staff of Equifax Secure Inc. Mr. Chen has also held positions as a senior consultant of emergence technology group of Equifax Inc and was a senior programmer with National Decision Systems.

Kefeng holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Florida

Tom Serani - co-founder and VP of Worldwide Sales

Tom has more than 15 years of sales management experience at established and
startup technology companies. As Managing Director of Sales at GeoTrust from
2001-2006, he led the channel sales lines and was instrumental in recruiting
not only the largest ISPs and hosting companies as resellers, but also more
than 9,000 smaller to mid-size hosting companies.  While at GeoTrust, Tom
helped grow channel sales revenues by nearly 700 percent, accounting for
nearly one-third of all GeoTrust's sales revenue.  He also served as interim
Vice President of Sales in 2005 and played a key role in GeoTrust's
acquisition by VeriSign in September 2006.  Following the acquisition, Tom
was a Director of Global Accounts for VeriSign and managed and oversaw all
channel sales and strategy for the GeoTrust brand. Prior to GeoTrust, he
held several senior sales positions at EMC Corporation.

Tom holds a B.S. in business and communications from the University of
Massachusetts, Boston.
